At Nisso Clothing, every order is handled with care and attention to detail. The following outlines our shipping process and delivery timelines.

Order Verification (Cash on Delivery)

For Cash on Delivery orders, a verification code will be sent to the provided mobile number. This code must be entered on the confirmation page to proceed with the order.

If the code is not received, an automated call may be made to verify the order details.

Orders that are not verified through SMS code or call confirmation will not be processed.

An order is considered verified once confirmation is completed through either method. By verifying the order, the customer confirms their intent to receive it.

Unverified orders may be cancelled after 48 hours of placement.

Nisso reserves the right to decline or cancel any order prior to processing due to stock availability, pricing issues, or technical concerns.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be shared via email or SMS. This allows you to monitor the delivery status at any time.

Domestic Delivery (Pakistan)

• Delivery time is typically 3 to 5 working days
• During sale periods, delivery may take 6 to 8 working days
• Free shipping across Pakistan

For operational efficiency, orders may be shipped in multiple packages. There will be no additional charges for split shipments.

During peak seasons such as Eid, delivery timelines may extend slightly. Updated timelines will be communicated on the website.

International Delivery

• Estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 working days
• During sale periods, delivery may take 12 to 15 working days

Shipping charges are calculated based on destination and parcel weight.

Custom duties, taxes, or any additional charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid at the time of delivery.

Failure to pay applicable duties or taxes may result in the order being returned or cancelled. In such cases, the payment will not be refunded.

Delivery Charges

International shipping costs vary depending on location and weight. Please note that duties and taxes are not included in the product price or shipping fee and may apply separately upon delivery.
